EarthDance focuses on growing and inspiring local FARMS – Food, Art, Relationships, and Music. They operate an apprenticeship program at the historic Mueller Organic Farm that trains local residents in soil fertility principles, organic pest and disease management, proper harvest and post-harvest handling techniques, direct marketing, and CSA operations. Graduates have gone on to farm school gardens, CSA Farms, and backyard gardens.
